Job Title:

Cleaning Operations Manager

This position involves managing and overseeing daily cleaning operations, supervising a small team of cleaners, and ensuring high-standard services are maintained across assigned sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services at assigned sites.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily cleaning tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Support and train team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Monitor attendance, manage equipment, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for on-site queries and escalate urgent issues when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality management is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are required to effectively manage a team.
  • A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and smartphone are necessary for site visits and internal system access.
  • Australian working rights are mandatory.
