
Roads Project Manager Position

The role of Site Engineer is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of road infrastructure projects. Our client, a prominent player in the industry, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team based in Mudgee.
This position is essential for the execution of complex projects, requiring effective project planning and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably with experience working on roads projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, delivering results in line with government standards and community expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, regulators, and internal teams.
The job requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage high-profile road infrastructure projects.
- Engage with stakeholders across government, contractors, and local communities.
- Collaborate in a team environment with high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
