Dog Walking and Pet Care Opportunities

We are seeking responsible and compassionate individuals to provide dog walking and pet care services in various neighbourhoods, beaches, and parks.

As a dog walker and pet sitter, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our furry clients while enjoying the outdoors and staying active.

This role requires a combination of resourcefulness, reliability, safety-mindedness, and responsibility when caring for pets and homes.

You will need to be comfortable handling large breed dogs and willing to travel to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 30-60 minute dog walks in the dog's neighbourhood, beach, or park, up to two dogs maximum.
  • Offer daily 25-60 minute visits to client homes to care for their dogs, cats, or small animals.
  • Conduct overnight stays in client homes for one or multiple nights.

Requirements:

  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Police check
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Drivers licence and access to own vehicle
  • Mobile phone and data plan
  • Previous experience with animals and animal behaviour/handling knowledge (not essential)
  • Pet first aid certification
