Job Overview

The Risk Manager will lead strategic risk initiatives with a focus on technology, product, and regulatory assurance.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance enterprise-wide risk frameworks across SaaS environments.
  • Drive global assurance programs to support client demands.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to align regulatory frameworks with product development and customer delivery.
  • Provide high-impact insights to Executives, the Board, and clients.
  • Foster a culture of proactive risk management and resilience across business units.

About the Ideal Professional
  • Risk leadership experience in SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of CPS 230/234, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Prior consulting experience or background in insurance/financial services risk (desirable but not essential).
