Enterprise Risk SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned risk expert to join our team as an Enterprise Risk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive risk assessments and develop strategic risk roadmaps for client organizations, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective risk management frameworks that enhance their overall risk maturity.
  • Develop recommendations for process improvements and identify opportunities for optimization in policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Assess climate-related risks and contribute to the development of sustainable risk management strategies that align with industry standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through impactful communication and provide guidance on their unique risk challenges.
  • Stay informed on emerging risk trends and contribute to thought leadership initiatives within the organization.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in risk advisory and/or internal audit within a Big 4 consulting firm.
  • Proficiency in risk management concepts and processes (ISO 31000, COSO).
  • Experience in conducting climate risk assessments and integrating climate considerations into enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CFE is desirable.
