Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Staff Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling nursing department staff, ensuring accurate scheduling, and managing the Voluntary OT Calendar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule nursing department staff and ensure accurate scheduling
  • Manage the Voluntary OT Calendar
  • Generate reports as needed
  • Conduct audits as necessary
  • Update lists, including staffing rosters, phone numbers, and involuntary overtime
Requirements
  • Current licensure and registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State
  • One year of permanent competitive or §55 b/c service as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Ability to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
