About the Role

Citi, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced Test Manager to ensure the successful launch of new systems and upgrades to existing systems. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sponsors and stakeholders to assess risk appetite and develop a comprehensive test strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand risk appetite and develop a test plan
  • Apply a Shift to Left testing approach to manage risk and ensure quality
  • Define and manage testing progress, including test script creation and execution
  • Chair defect calls and work with vendors to resolve defects
  • Provide daily reporting on test execution and defect management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in test management, including user acceptance testing
  • Knowledge of quality process improvement and Shift to Left approach
  • Experience with ALM/JIRA and Multifonds (fund administration) systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
