About the Role

As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for executing a range of testing activities supporting SG Fleet's technology delivery. This role contributes to maintaining effective software releases, protecting production systems from unexpected issues and defects, and improving end-user and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test plans for various testing phases
  • Design and execute test cases on software products to find limitations and faults
  • Develop test scripts for identified smoke and regression tests
  • Record test results, raise defect records, re-test fixes, and conduct defect triage
  • Creation and management of test data
  • Creating and maintaining re-usable regression/end-to-end test suite/cases
  • Manage test case traceability and documentation
  • Participate in the Agile development process (Scrum and Kanban)
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a test analyst in complex technical environments, testing complex software with numerous integration points
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, critically analyzing information and resolving problems through to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner
  • Experience in a variety of testing phases, including functional, integration, performance, load, and UAT
  • Experience in testing as part of a Scrum team
  • Experience in UAT planning and coordination, defect triage
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate defects to stakeholders and escalate when blocked
  • Takes initiative in prioritizing defects for resolution to ensure that test flow is not blocked
  • Hands-on experience working on open-source test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress
