  • Develop and implement control and instrumentation systems through design, programming, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
  • Maintain technical accuracy and mentor junior engineers to ensure project excellence.
  • Create proposals, estimates, and technical documentation to meet client requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive project innovation.
  • Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering from an Australian institution and be registered as RPEQ in Queensland.
  • Hold at least 15 years of experience in industrial or consulting environments.
  • Being a corporate member of Engineers Australia (CPEng/NPER-3) is preferred.
  • Engineering or Business Management studies are advantageous.
Technical Requirements
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in industrial C&I engineering with proven hands-on capability.
  • Have strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes.
  • Be proficient in DCS (Bailey, Yokogawa, Honeywell), PLC (Allen Bradley, Modicon, Siemens), and SCADA systems (Citect, Geo SCADA, Experion, FactoryTalk, Wonderware).
  • Experience with motor control, P&ID/PFD preparation, instrumentation selection, and commissioning.
  • Expertise in communication protocols (Profibus, Fieldbus, HART) and safety instrumented systems.
