Job Overview:

The Enterprise, Provisioning and Billing Enquiries role at Symbio is a key position responsible for managing orders, processing customer requests and fulfilling service delivery. This includes providing exceptional service to customers, external suppliers and carriers, ensuring great end-user case management with billing enquiries, accounts and payments, retention, billing disputes and debt collection.

This involves creating new accounts, provisioning services, cancelling services, number porting and delivering services. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, great time management and organizational skills, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, and a genuine interest in telecommunications or cloud products & services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Createnew accounts and provision services
  • Cancelling services and number porting
  • Deliver services and assist with Help Guides

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate computer skills (including Microsoft Word and Excel)
