About Us

At our organisation, we prioritise the dignity and justice for all children and families. Our work focuses on national reform and evidencing a new way of working.

We create and deliver an integrated system that is centred on learning, development and wellbeing, responding to the child and their family through key transition points from pre-birth to young adulthood.

We operate in Central Australia and across the Top End, with support provided by a Shared Services team.

Job Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative educationalist who has experience in both Early Years and Primary School learning. The position needs someone who is a dynamic and empathic leader of staff who can play a significant role in the development and strategy of our organisation.

  • Evaluation, monitoring and data systems management

Requirements

  • Degree or recognised qualification in Primary teaching (eligibility for registration as a teacher in NT) or Early Years education
  • Experience leading and organising a learning environment that suits different ages and abilities (multi-aged class)
  • Experience and passion for quality innovative learning and wellbeing environments with experience in curriculum and resource development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong people skills and a collaborative worker - teamwork, facilitation, supervision and liaison
  • A current full driver's license (Light Rigid would be beneficial)
  • Experience in NGO or experience with First Nations would be beneficial
