Early Learning Director

\We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as an Early Learning Director. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early learning and has a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.\
  • Mentor and support educators to achieve high standards of curriculum and documentation.\
  • Engage with children through activities and experiences appropriate for their age group and stage of development.\
  • Oversight of centre operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.\
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and excellence.\
  • Lead and motivate a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education to children.\
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.\
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and the broader community.
\Requirements:\
  • \
  • Current ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.\
  • Current Working with Children's Check.\
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.\
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.\
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.\
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
