You will be reporting directly to the Business Analysis and Test Capability Manager from an administrative and capability perspective.

This role requires you to work on various projects and initiatives within the infrastructure domain, collaborating closely with assigned Project Managers for project-related tasks.

To succeed in this position, you should have prior experience working with IT departments, preferably similar to SA Power Networks. Key skills include:

  • Business analysis fundamentals such as data analysis in Excel, facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, benefits identification, and realization.
  • Effective communication of complex concepts to stakeholders and expectation management.
  • Process mapping ('As is') and process design ('To be').
  • Lean process improvement to identify waste or areas for process enhancement.
  • Adaptability in agile environments, even if not implementing a formal Agile methodology.
  • Project establishment and closure activities, including problem identification/definition, business case development, operational handover support, and documentation.

A desirable candidate would possess experience in:

  • Infrastructure projects.
  • Infrastructure networks.
  • Hosting services.
  • Data centers.
  • Cloud/Microsoft Azure solutions.
