Job Title: Infrastructure Maintenance Specialists

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Infrastructure Maintenance Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs of farm infrastructure, including sheds and buildings.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in general labouring, farming/livestock infrastructure, and construction.
  • You will work collaboratively as part of a wider team to identify requirements for improving current infrastructure and develop repair, maintenance, and construction plans.
  • The ideal candidate will have high-risk working from heights tickets and certifications in welding, boilermaking, or carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of farm infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure effective communication and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement repair, maintenance, and construction plans, ensuring completion of work from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in general labouring, farming/livestock infrastructure, and construction.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as required.
