Lead Cancer Services Manager
">This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive service innovation, quality improvement, interdisciplinary care, and nurse-led research in ambulatory cancer services.
">The role involves overseeing key clinical operations across ambulatory care settings including oncology, haematology, palliative care, radiation nursing, and specialist programs like Cancer@Home and cellular therapy.
">You will report to the Deputy Director of Nursing & Operations and lead a dedicated nursing workforce of advanced practice nurses.
">As a leader in clinical settings, you will be responsible for driving continuous quality improvement, governance frameworks, change management, emergency preparedness, and managing healthcare services efficiently.
">Key skills and qualifications required include current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA, a Master qualification in cancer/management or working towards, and minimum five years' experience in a senior nursing management or relevant health role.
