Electrical Infrastructure Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of HV substations, switchyards, and large-scale electrical projects across Australia.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Adelaide, with responsibility for managing site-based delivery. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, with proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage site-based teams and subcontractors across HV substation and electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgets, and progress reporting to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery.
About You
  • Previous experience managing site-based construction of HV substations, switchyards, or large-scale electrical projects.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
  • Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Electrical trade qualifications or an engineering background.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
