Assisting the smooth operation of our production lines as a Warehouse Coordinator involves managing inventory, supporting after-sales processes, and collaborating with the production team to meet build schedule needs.

About this Role

This role is split between warehouse coordination and after-sales administration, requiring a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, and book in all incoming parts using our inventory management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels, allocate parts to production builds, and liaise with the production team to meet demands.
  • Maintain warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized, adhering to quality standards.
  • Operate a forklift to unload, store, and organize parts, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in warehousing, production support, or inventory management.
  • Valid forklift license and proven operating skills.
  • Experience with inventory systems, including data entry and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with colleagues.

A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to undergo pre-employment medical checks are also required.
