The Superintendent Operations Capability Systems is a pivotal role that drives the development and implementation of effective learning systems and technology solutions throughout operations services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction to the System Support Team, ensuring seamless delivery of learning systems and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and enhance business performance through innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement change management initiatives to foster growth and development within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a mining or heavy industry setting.
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment highly desirable.
