Expert First Aid Training Specialist

Dedicated professionals deliver engaging, hands-on first aid training sessions (including CPR, basic life support, and emergency response) to individuals and groups.

  • Evaluate participant competency in line with industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and support to learners.
  • Maintain accurate training records and complete required documentation.
  • Travel to various client sites as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) - desirable.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent).
  • Industry experience in first aid, healthcare, emergency services, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and supportive teaching style.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Driver's licence and own transport.
