
Trucking Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Trucking Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience working in the trucking, transport, or logistics industry, with a strong background in customer support and problem-solving.
Responsibilities will include taking calls and emails from clients, helping them resolve issues quickly, setting up new customers, and providing feedback to the product team to improve the software.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the trucking, transport, or logistics industry
