We are seeking an experienced and skilled Truck Driver to operate our plant and equipment for tree maintenance activities.

About the Role
  • Safely drive MR trucks, transporting equipment, supplies, and debris, focusing on efficient project completion.
  • Collaborate with a team of tree care professionals on tasks such as gardening, pruning, tree removals, lifting, raking, planting, watering, and pest/disease control.
  • Work according to established routes and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) and performing routine maintenance checks on equipment.
Requirements
  • Class MR Driver's Licence.
  • White Card (General Construction Induction Training).
  • Desirable qualifications include Certificate II in Horticulture, Traffic Control Cards, Chainsaw operation, Chemical Accreditation.
  • Proven truck driving experience, preferably in the tree care industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and effective prioritization.

In accordance with Work Health and Safety legislation, the successful applicant must be vaccinated for Hepatitis B and provide evidence of vaccination.
