Job Title: Depot Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to manage a team of approximately 14 people, including fitters and drivers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to deliver high standards across the depot
  • Achieve targets on sales, profit, stock management, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Carry out financial management, budgeting, and administrative tasks
  • Develop relationships with key customers to ensure high service delivery standards
  • Champion Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience with financial management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Relevant experience in pumps, compressors, generators, and/or the construction industry
  • Proven managerial experience within a similar sector
