As a senior marketing leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth and impact. We are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing/advertising, with a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies. They will be responsible for managing and growing social media platforms, as well as hands-on experience with digital advertising campaigns.

We value creativity, analytical skills, and proficiency in Adobe CC or similar design tools. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our revenue, campaigns, brand awareness, and online presence.

About the Role

This leadership position oversees the Marketing team, comprising four direct reports. As a proactive leader, you will drive our brand's growth, impact, and fundraising revenue through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute omni-channel campaigns across social media, display advertising, and paid search.
  • Manage and optimise all digital campaigns, including setup, production, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the marketing team, fostering collaboration, high performance, and an inclusive culture.
