F&B Operations Manager for Exciting Golf Course Venue

The venue is a 27 hole golf course, 18 hole mini golf course and driving range with a thriving café and functions outfit. In the coming year, it will undergo a significant transformation, introducing a full restaurant, dedicated function centre, entertainment-based driving range, padel tennis courts, playground, and new retail base.

We're looking for an experienced F&B Manager to lead our café, kitchen, and functions throughout the construction phase. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service, and memorable experiences for all visitors.

About the Role
  • Lead a great team in delivering quality F&B services during a disruptive construction process
  • Bring expertise to adapt how we deliver F&B services and improve the offering
  • Ensure the team is delivering great service, taking care of back-of-house operations, and managing systems and processes
  • Create future restaurant operations with support from National F&B leaders
About You

We're after someone who knows great hospitality, leads with purpose, and brings energy and expertise to every part of the F&B experience.

  • 3+ years' experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality, Entertainment, and Recreation industries
  • Excellent people management skills, including developing high-performing teams
  • Experience developing staff rosters, current RSA certificate, and approved manager license (desirable)
  • Safe food handling certification and kitchen experience are highly desirable
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends, current First Aid, Working with Children Check, and Police Check
