Job Overview

The Team Lead is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to achieve operational success.

This position entails the day-to-day supervision, development, and support of a small team, ensuring adherence to standard operational processes, quality assurance measures, and regulatory compliance.

We are an independent agency dedicated to protecting Victorian workers from exploitation and improving transparency in the labour hire industry through regulation.

About the Position

The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our organisational goals by effectively leading and managing a team of staff.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision, development, and support of a small team, ensuring our people adhere to standard operational processes, meet quality assurance measures, and operate within the prescribed regulatory framework.

The Team Lead will also collaborate closely with the Manager, Licensing and Enquiries on refining the licensing system and processes, ensuring staff are trained in relevant aspects of the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to operate confidently and efficiently.
