We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our sales team.

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide strategic leadership to all team members, fostering high levels of engagement and motivation. Your focus will be on maintaining the value proposition across all aspects of the services provided by the team, including efficient management of workload volumes.

You will also be responsible for a portfolio of customers in the Small Exposure Operating Model (SEOM), typically clients with limited exposure requirements. Your goal will be to ensure Rural Bank provides tailored solutions to meet their needs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership experience in a team environment
  • Experience in a financial or banking environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams

You will also commit to working within approved limits and operating within policies such as Delegated Lending Authority, Consecutive Annual Leave, Group Authorities Register, Corporate Card, and Compliance with bank policies.
