About the Role

Feros Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Professional to join our team in the Illawarra region. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live healthier, happier, and more independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including hygiene, showering, and general grooming, to clients in their own homes.
  • Transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Support clients with domestic cleaning and light meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability, with a transcript of completed modules.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and a registered and insured vehicle.
  • Ability to travel up to 45 minutes to an hour to reach clients, with flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, 7am-6pm.
