Job Title: Electrical Shift Engineer

Location: Euston, London - Schedule: 4 on 4 off (07:00–19:00)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a client-facing environment with a strong focus on technical excellence and customer service.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and HVAC systems. They will operate and monitor building systems via BMS and alert platforms, leading and supporting site technicians to ensure high standards of service delivery. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, shift logs, and handover reports, liaising professionally with clients and internal teams, driving energy efficiency, and proposing operational improvements. Additionally, the candidate will manage incidents and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition)
  • Strong background in commercial building maintenance
  • Hands-on experience with AHUs, BMS, HVAC, UPS, generators, and water systems
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
