Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end freight forwarding operations, ensuring seamless shipment execution and timely resolution of customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in ERP systems, such as CargoWise One, is essential for this position.

About the Role:

  • Proactively manage shipments from booking to job closure, adhering to company procedures and standards.
  • Coordinate and process sales orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate execution of shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including customs clearance and documentation.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and analyze shipment data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, incoterms, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
