Job Description

The Australian Marketing team at ENGINEERINGUK is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic and collaborative group of experienced marketers. As a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns across various disciplines, with a focus on digital campaign activations.

This role reports into the Director of Wealth Marketing and involves developing comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives and local audience resonance. You will also partner with agencies to optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience working in financial services, preferably in asset management, and possess strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and project management abilities. They should also be passionate about continuous learning, creativity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans that support new product launches, promotions, and ongoing programs.
  • Partner with agencies to optimize SEM and SEO strategies.
  • Create high-quality digital content for various platforms.
  • Organize and support digital events such as webinars and in-person events.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
