Residential Aged Care Worker

Provide direct care and support to residents in a Residential Aged Care Centre. This role involves encouraging and promoting activities for residents, assisting with communication, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Encourage participation in activities and programs
- Assist residents with communication and mobility
- Maintain accurate records and information
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience working in Residential Aged Care
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
