Workday Financials Principal Consultant

This role requires a high level of expertise in Workday Finance, with experience in design, configuration, testing and implementation.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of business processes and procedures to reinforce company policies and practices to others.

  • Be a subject matter expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects and Expenses area.
  • Drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams.
  • Identify dependencies and support interplay between different workstreams within a project.
  • Lead, mentor and oversee the work of other consultants within their projects.

A bachelor's degree is required, and 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience are also necessary.

In addition, 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area is required. Cloud ERP experience will be an advantage, and Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable) experience is preferred.

Data driven and solution driven mindset are essential for this role. Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills are also required.
