Lead Educator Opportunity

This is a leadership role that requires a dedicated and passionate educator to lead a team of educators and deliver high-quality educational programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to monitor, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and belonging.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification is essential.
  • A strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is required.
  • A current Working with Children Check is mandatory.
