Premier Educator Position

Seeking an experienced educator to lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children.
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
