Here's What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• Diploma Qualified — ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) and you're confident in leading learning experiences.
• Knowledge of Frameworks — Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS, turning theory into meaningful moments for kids.
• Proven Experience — Experience with children aged 0–5, ability to adapt, stay calm, and bring a positive attitude.
• Team Player — Collaborative, supportive, and ready to contribute to a close-knit team.
• Strong Communicator — Clear, thoughtful, and professional when engaging families and colleagues.
• Ready to Go — Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and CPR/anaphylaxis training completed.
