Job Overview

This position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of consumer connection with a leading global media agency.

  • Lead the development of communications strategies that unlock audience growth and cultural relevance.
  • Use data, intelligence and marketing theory to craft compelling consumer journeys across owned, earned, shared and paid channels.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years' experience in strategy and communications planning within a leading media or creative agency.

You will be an expert in consumer and communications behaviour with the ability to synthesise data into actionable ideas.

Key Responsibilities

As our Strategy Director you will:

  • Design experiences that span the full funnel, from brand building to engagement touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with media, creative, technology and platform partners to curate how brands should show up within culture.
  • Act as campaign architect, guiding audience quantification and championing innovation.
  • Ensure communications strategies deliver measurable impact for clients.

You will work closely with business leadership, investment teams and national leads to build collaborative thinking and support the agency's product development and culture.

Requirements

To succeed in this role you must have:

  • Strong knowledge of core marketing theories, analytics and modelling is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
  • A passion for culture, creativity and innovation.
