Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Learning Designer.

  • Design and develop high-quality digital resources, tools, and activities aligned with best practice.
  • Deliver training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments.
  • Work collaboratively with educators and subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.
  • Apply digital technologies to enhance learning outcomes and contribute to course and unit development.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).

They will possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects.

Demonstrated success in the development of learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training is desirable.
