**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented Associate Learning Designer to join our team. As an Associate Learning Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of online learning by collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to create innovative, accessible, and high-quality digital resources.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and training to make a meaningful impact on student success. You will be responsible for designing engaging learning experiences, supporting staff in delivering online education, and working with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality digital resources, tools, and activities aligned with best practice.
  • Deliver training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects
  • The ability to respond appropriately to a wide range of clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service
  • Demonstrated success in the development of learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training (desirable)
