Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Educators to craft high-quality digital resources that align with best practice in online learning.
  • Deliver comprehensive training that empowers staff to confidently teach and interact in online environments.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for seamless online delivery.
  • Apply standardized templates, processes, and protocols within our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with cutting-edge digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects.
  • The ability to respond appropriately to a wide range of clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service.
