Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail environment.

About the Role
  • Create a warm and engaging presence in store, building relationships with customers and providing personalized service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Build brand loyalty by sharing product information, answering customer queries, and adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading and storing merchandise in the correct spaces.
  • Operate the till system, handling financial transactions and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles (fashion, cosmetics, or luxury goods highly regarded).
  • Confidence in approaching new customers and starting conversations with ease.
  • A passion for styling, accessories, or luxury goods.
  • Drive to achieve sales targets and build a loyal client base.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
