**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and/or sales in store environment
- A love for customer service and a drive to succeed
- Retail experience with apparel is advantageous
- Enjoys working in a team and autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- Well groomed individual with a good understanding of trends, fashion and competition
- Is able to demonstrate flexibility to changing work demands
- Must be available for a 4 hour shift every Saturday with some availability on Sunday during peak trading periods.
- Must be available through the Christmas peak season and other key trading events, including but not limited to Father's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with selection of merchandise
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
- Prepare and maintain stock on the sales floor
- Merchandise stock in line with global VM guide

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $35.07 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
