The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual to join our Sportspower Gawler Store as a casual sales assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and fashion, be eager to learn and grow within the retail industry, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for customers and staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and create unforgettable shopping experiences
- Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPIs
- Maintain high standards around store operations, including cleanliness and safety
- Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
- Able to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and unloading shipments
- Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable
- Available to work late nights, Saturdays, and Sundays, and some public holidays
