Job Description:

We're seeking a Branch Coordinator to support our sales and service teams. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you'll be friendly, professional, and helpful.

You will set up customer accounts and reports, and support the sales team with quotes and rental agreements. Your responsibilities will include coordinating equipment transport, refuelling, and service scheduling, raising and managing rental, service, and work orders, processing invoices, credits, and rechargeable expenses, maintaining accurate customer and site information, and monitoring accounts in line with credit terms.

You'll also compile and submit branch service metrics and forecasts, support stocktakes, fleet transfers, and general branch administration, and contribute to continuous improvement and ERP project delivery.

  • Customer and service data is accurate and up to date
  • Service and work orders are completed and closed correctly
  • Reports and forecasts submitted accurately and on time
