Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Operations Specialist to support our clients branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Manage customer accounts and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate equipment transport and service scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
  • Raise and manage rental, service, and work orders with accuracy.
  • Process rechargeable expenses in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and site information.
  • Analyze and compile branch service metrics and forecasts for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Confidence using business systems and software applications.
