Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum

Job Description

The Supply Chain Customer Liaison Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to materials, orders, and logistics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders, confirming receipt and details with customers, and advising on any variations to original orders
  • Ensuring all relevant customs and duties are recorded for the sale of products, as applicable for specific customers
  • Preparing delivery requests with correct customer order information and communicating with third-party logistics providers to authorize delivery of goods
  • Coordinating delivery requests promptly and accurately through confirmation of receipt, provision of Certificates of Analysis, and obtaining signed proof of delivery forms from stores where required

  • At least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role within a supply chain environment or related field
  • Prior experience in distribution, chemical, or similar industries is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of the customer purchase-to-pay process
