You will work closely with a team of consultants, psychiatrists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment plans, and deliver short-term interventions to complex young people. The role involves close collaboration with families, schools, and other agencies to identify areas for change and develop strategies for improvement.
