Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing product requirements into stories, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

About the Role

  • Develop product requirements into user stories and prioritize the backlog to ensure efficient delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze market and competition to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Conduct customer research to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
  • Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to product development.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
