You'll be integral in driving new display home developments, using market knowledge, construction expertise, and passion for design to ensure each home aligns with brand vision. Your work will inspire potential homeowners and create lasting impact on community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define product specifications, design features, and performance criteria for new display homes.
  • Lead coordination of creative ideas from design and marketing teams to ensure innovative and high-quality display homes.
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as landscape designers and furniture suppliers to deliver fully integrated displays.
  • Oversee project timelines, quality standards, and budgets for construction of display homes, ensuring deadlines met.
  • Regularly visit sites to review progress and ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
  • Work with marketing team to coordinate launch strategies, including events, signage, and promotional media.
  • Gather post-launch feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve future display homes.
