As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for building a truly flexible and scalable conversational AI platform designed to serve diverse use cases without custom implementations. You will also fine-tune and evaluate LLM-based models to improve performance, efficiency and user experience.

Additionally, you will contribute to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems, explore integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features.
