Role

We're seeking a motivated Salesperson to promote our AI solutions and digital marketing services. You'll be connecting with business owners, understanding their challenges, and showing them how YEWS can deliver real results. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, thrives on building relationships, and is excited by the potential of AI and marketing.

Location & Type

Location: Brisbane Office (Hybrid after probation)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities
  • Generate and engage new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales presentations, demos, and calls with prospects
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical team to tailor solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth
Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Great interpersonal and people skills
  • Some understanding of digital marketing and AI (training provided)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Prior sales/marketing experience is desirable but not essential
  • Must have full Australian work rights (no visa restrictions)
  • Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right applicant
